Due to the custom nature of our furniture, refunds are limited.

Eligible for Refund

A refund, repair or replacement may be offered where:

• The incorrect product was delivered.
• There is a verified manufacturing defect.
• The product differs significantly from the approved quotation.

Not Eligible

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
• Colour variations caused by natural materials.
• Damage after delivery.
• Normal wear and tear.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and should include photographs where applicable.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
